1. We will exchange the product if there is original damage. The customer needs to send the product back to JCD Productions, LLC offices. JCD Productions, LLC will evaluate the damage. After the damage is certified, we will replace the same product with no extra cost.

2. If the product is damaged in the mail, JCD Productions will replace the product after the customer sends it back within five days of receipt and we verify the damage.
3. Money Back: Because the product involves magic tricks and their secrets, we can not provide a refund if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
